Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Corely Xperience processes, ships, and delivers both physical products and digital access. By placing an order, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms, Refund Policy, Digital Access Policy, and Privacy Policy.


1. Product Categories Covered

Corely Xperience offers two types of products:

Digital Products & Access

Includes:

  • Corely Elite app access (iOS + browser VIP suite)
  • Wellness programs and guides
  • Meditation, audio, and digital content
  • Digital materials included in Corely Xperience packages

Physical Products

Includes:

  • Curated wellness items (candles, bath products, journals, cards)
  • Corely Xperience physical packages and bundles
  • Access cards or physical redemption materials (if applicable)

Each category follows a different delivery method outlined below.


2. Digital Product Delivery

Delivery Method

Digital access is delivered via:

  • Email
  • Secure account login
  • Corely Elite app access
  • VIP browser-based portal (where applicable)

Delivery Timing

Digital products are delivered instantly or near-instantly upon successful payment.

Delivery is considered complete once access is granted or a redemption code is issued.


Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide a valid email address at checkout
  • Ensure your device supports access (iOS app or browser)
  • Check spam/junk folders for delivery emails

Corely Xperience is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information or user-side technical limitations.

Digital access is governed by our Digital Refund Policy and becomes non-refundable upon activation or redemption.


3. Physical Product Shipping

Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, seasonal periods, or high demand, processing times may be extended.

Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


4. Shipping Destinations

Corely Xperience currently ships to:

  • United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Additional regions may be added in the future.

If shipping is unavailable for your address, this will be shown at checkout.


5. Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Carrier rates

For U.S. orders, duties and taxes may be included at checkout depending on the selected shipping method (DDP where applicable).

Corely Xperience is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or border processing.


6. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

Canada

  • 3–10 business days after shipment

United States

  • 5–8 business days (standard)
  • 2–4 business days (express)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Corely Xperience is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect address details

7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Tracking details will be provided where available

Tracking updates are managed directly by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement.


8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

If a package is marked as β€œdelivered” but cannot be located:

  • The customer must contact the carrier first
  • Corely Xperience may assist in filing a claim at its discretion

We are not responsible for carrier misdelivery or theft after confirmed delivery.


9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at orders@corelyfit.com, including:

  • Order number
  • Photo or video evidence

Approved resolutions may include:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (where applicable)

10. Hygiene & Safety

Due to the personal-care nature of certain items:

  • Opened or used wellness products cannot be returned
  • Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement

11. Combined Physical & Digital Orders

For Corely Xperience packages containing both physical and digital components:

  • Digital access is delivered immediately upon purchase
  • Physical products ship separately
  • Digital delivery is independent of physical shipment

12. Policy Updates

Corely Xperience reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
