Refund policy

At Corely Xperience, we design curated wellness experiences that combine physical products and digital access. Because our offerings include both tangible goods and instantly activated digital content, this policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products & Access (Final Sale)
All digital products and digital access provided through Corely Xperience are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered or activated.
This includes:
- Corely Elite app membership access
- Digital wellness guides and programs
- Meditation, audio, and mindfulness content
- Recipe collections and downloadable materials
- Any digital entitlements included with a Corely Xperience purchase
Activation Rule (Important)
Once a digital access code has been:
- redeemed,
- activated, or
- linked to a user account,
the order is considered fully delivered and non-refundable, as digital access cannot be reversed.
Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)
Support may be provided if:
- A digital file is corrupted or inaccessible
- Incorrect digital content was delivered
- The content materially differs from its description
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to info@corelyfit.com, including your order number and details of the issue. We may, at our discretion, restore access or provide a replacement.
2. Physical Products
Our physical products—including wellness tools, journals, bath products, and curated items—are designed for hygiene, quality, and exclusivity. Returns are limited to ensure product integrity.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Physical items may qualify if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is incomplete due to fulfillment error
Conditions
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Photo or video evidence may be required
If approved, Corely Xperience may offer:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Resolution method is determined based on the specific case.
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Used or opened bath products
- Used candles
- Items showing wear after delivery
- Any access-linked or redeemed items
If a Corely Xperience order includes both physical and digital components, digital access remains non-refundable once activated, regardless of physical return status.
3. Personalized or Custom Products
Any personalized or customized wellness content (including tailored plans or recommendations) is non-refundable once delivered due to the time and expertise involved.
Revisions may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
4. Order Cancellations
Before Fulfillment
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if:
- Digital access has not been delivered or activated, and
- Physical fulfillment has not begun
After Fulfillment
Once:
- Digital access is delivered or activated, or
- Physical fulfillment has started or shipped
the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping & Return Costs
If a return or replacement is approved:
- Corely Xperience covers return shipping only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- In other approved cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
6. Final Notes
This policy is designed to maintain fairness, protect digital access integrity, and ensure the quality of our curated wellness experience.
Corely Xperience reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside these conditions or appear to misuse the policy.
